Un mot : merveilleux ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Nous avons pleinement profité de tous les espaces : la piscine, la terrasse, la salle à manger. La piscine, bien qu’assez petite, offre un point d’eau parfait pour se rafraîchir et profiter pleinement des journées à la maison. La terrasse est idéale pour bronzer ou manger à l’extérieur. Quant à la salle à manger, nous avons choisi de cuisiner nos déjeuners sur place — elle est parfaitement équipée pour tout préparer. Le lit est très confortable : nous avons dormi comme des bébés. La télévision, avec accès à Netflix, est parfaite pour terminer la soirée en regardant un film. La douche est superbe, et la tranquillité des lieux est remarquable. Nous avons eu un scooter pour toute la durée du séjour. Les routes autour sont en mauvais état à cause de la construction, mais cela n’a rien à voir avec l’hébergement. Les hôtes sont très présents et le personnel, attentif aux moindres détails. Bonnes vacances !

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Just a small note: the road leading to the property is a bit tricky, but once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Manuel fue un anfitrión muy atento y amable, la casa cumplía con las especificaciones y se encuentra como a 15 minutos del centro caminando. Lo único que nos gustaría destacar es la privacidad de la casa, ya que si estás en busca de ello, no podrás ser debido a que esperábamos estar solos y la familia del anfitrión vive ahí, por lo que decirlo en la descripción es importante. Nos gustaría agradecerle a Manuel por la hora de llegada y salida de la casa ya que fue muy flexible y también por acompañar a mí y a mis amigos al ADO. 🙌

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

Villa YaxNa Tulum is an absolute gem! The two pools are absolutely gorgeous – we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The villa’s location is just perfect. We loved being able to walk to amazing restaurants and charming little bars with that authentic Tulum vibe. The neighborhood is fantastic – lively yet peaceful – and so close to the beach. It was simply ideal! A big thank you for the wonderful dinner with the private chef – it was such a treat. And the tequila tasting at the bar was a truly memorable experience! We learned so much while having an incredible time with friends. The team was flawless as always, paying attention to every detail to make our stay exceptional. This was our second visit, and we loved it even more. One thing is certain: we’ll be back in a few months! Thank you for everything!

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

Had the best time and a lot had to do with Lupita’s good recommendations for driver and chef but also restaurants. She helped us make reservations and get pizza delivered!

Pictures on this listing do not do this property justice at all! We arrived early and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Also helped carry our bags to the villa with no hesitation. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect central location for people who want to enjoy downtown tulum as well as the beach strip. As far as transportation, the security guard was such a big help and called us a taxi at any time we needed and made sure we were okay and safe when returning to Villa late at night. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. We will definitely be booking again very soon. Thank you again to such amazing hosts!

Was a pleasure staying at the home, everything was as described and photos were perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and not too bad of a drive to the beach. House was immaculately clean! Pool was great and an added bonus! Even better in person. Thank you again for everything.

Tetiana was a wonderful host. The treats and breakfast snacks she left were the most elaborate and well thought out that I have ever seen in my years of Airbnb. The backyard jungle around the pool is perfectly maintained. The decor and style is impeccable and the place is very peaceful and quiet. For the price it's an excellent choice because it's one of the few places like this in Tulum where you can walk to stores and restaurants and transportation. If the pool were heated (it's freezing) and a bit more comfy chairs I would give it a 100 out of 10!

Séjourner à Villa Luna, c’est vivre une expérience où luxe et sérénité se rencontrent. Dès l’arrivée, l’atmosphère est apaisante, l’architecture sublime et les 5 suites incroyables offrent un confort absolu. Les lits sont si parfaits que j’ai changé le mien en rentrant ! Idéalement située, la villa est à 20 min des plages, entourée de restaurants incroyables et juste en face du Jungle Gym pour s’entraîner en pleine nature. Chaque détail est pensé pour la détente : une piscine parfaite, des espaces lumineux et une énergie unique. Voyager avec ma fille ici, c’était lui montrer que parfois, vivre libre et connecté à la nature vaut plus que tout l’or du monde. Le service est impeccable, tout est fluide et agréable. Un immense coup de cœur. Si vous cherchez le meilleur de Tulum, ne cherchez plus. 🔟/🔟 J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

The Airbnb was amazing and so peaceful. They took really good care of us and responded in a lonely manner and helped us with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will be back soon!

Great spot in Tulum! Had a large privacy wall, so the pool was extremely private. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the outdoor living area! One note for all of Tulum: about 80% of the roads are not paved and very bumpy. This is not a negative on this review because it is very common in Tulum until they are more developed! I mention this for mobility reasons.

Valeria and her team were increíble! Daniel. Especially! My friends and I stayed at the house and had the absolute best time. Super private, private pool, wonderful space. And we met the neighborhood cat! Everything was amazing. Daniel comes each day to pick up the house and do the dishes. Laundry is available for additional small cost and worth it! Thank you thank you!!! We will be back.

We stayed in the Pijiji villa for 4 nights. Our stay was spectacular! Pijiji is set back from the beach, which we knew from the listing's description. But don't let that deter you, it's ~30sec from the villa to the beach. And you have dedicated loungers on the beach, so you never have to worry about getting a spot. The privacy of Pijiji was what set it apart from the other villas on the property. It's nestled on the property surrounded by trees and other lush plants. The front faces toward the beach and enjoys cool breezes and the shade of the surrounding canopy. While the front balcony doesn't have direct views of the ocean (not a problem for us), you can sit and enjoy the warm weather and fresh air while listening to the sounds of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day down on the beach. Having a private outdoor spot protected from the elements was a welcome plus to our trip. Hui & Stefan are amazing hosts. Their staff is unobtrusive & helpful. — We'll be back!

Beautiful property - spacious, bright, and well-designed. Super helpful concierge service made planning easy. The outdoor area is the perfect place to relax - clean pool, peaceful and private vibe. Casa Zaba was incredible! The location was perfect—close to everything yet felt private and peaceful. We pre-ordered ATVs through the property, which made it so easy to explore. We used them for quick trips to grab food and check out the nearby nightlife, and even rode them all the way to the ruins and some amazing cenotes. The free cenote included with the Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking, and the private beach access was gorgeous. The property itself is gated, which added an extra level of comfort. I’ve been to Tulum multiple times, and this was hands down one of our best stays. Highly recommend Casa Zaba for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo fatto una sosta a Tulum e in particolare a Villa Jengibre, sembra la villa di una star di Hollywood, ambienti ampi, puliti e ben organizzati, ci siamo potuti rilassare nelle 2 jacuzzi rooftop e nel giardino privato con piscina!! La zona é tranquilla e sicura, al riparo dal traffico. La casa è molto grande e dotata di tutti i confort, la consiglio assolutamente. La comunicazione con Leandro é sempre stata veloce e all'insegna della disponibilità e gentilezza.

The home is beautiful and located in a safe area. Rosa was very responsive and knowledgeable about many local spots, which was helpful. However, we were unaware of how frequent and lengthy power outages can be in Mexico. The longest outage we experienced lasted about six hours, which unfortunately affected our plans. For example, after returning from an excursion, the power went out, making it impossible to shower—this ended up being a frustrating inconvenience. Additionally, we encountered two snakes near the pool, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Thankfully, Rosa quickly called someone to remove them, but it was still an unsettling experience. Overall, while the home and Rosa’s hospitality were great, the power outages and unexpected wildlife encounters impacted our stay.

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!
