In just half an hour by car you can reach the mountain villages of the interior and breathe different atmosphere from the coast, enjoy food and wine traditions, take part in numerous festivals and country fairs. Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

La casa rurale è situata in un terreno di 3 ettari, a pochi passi dal Santuario campestre di San Mauro e a circa 400 metri dal parco archeologico di "Biru e concas" con i famosi menhirs del 3.300 ac. La località, ricca di prati, boschi e vigneti, é l'ideale per godersi la natura e l'archeologia, anche con visite guidate, la cucina tradizionale accompagnata dagli ottimi vini locali.

Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Il B&B è stato concepito per ospitare le persone che, se lo desiderassero, potrebbero conoscere, all’interno del laboratorio adiacente e ben visibile dall’open space, l’arte della tessitura manuale.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Un rifugio nel cuore del Supramonte

Il rifugio Lampathu si trova a 8,9 km dal centro abitato di Urzulei. La costruzione in pietra è perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante, riprendendone i colori e le luci. Qui, gli escursionisti troveranno riparo dal maestrale nella stagione fredda e refrigerio nei pomeriggi estivi: le pareti in pietra garantiscono un isolamento termico senza paragoni. Nelle fredde giornale invernali, un grande camino li accoglierà per una pausa, per restituire vigore ed energia.

Niente di questa casa è lasciato al caso e la ristrutturazione è fatta nel rispetto delle tradizioni costruttive della Sardegna. La casa è nel cuore dell'accogliente paesino di montagna di Baunei, si sviluppa in verticale su 4 livelli, con due terrazze, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una cucina e una splendida vista sulla pianura dell'Ogliastra. Le atmosfere magiche degli ambienti saranno indimenticabili.
