Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

The apartment is 10 minutes from historic downtown, Baylor University and "Fixer Upper" Silos complex. Easy Exit from Interstate 35 north of the city...Washer and dryer in closet for longer stay! And a NEW Queen bed (Durant plush mattress on Feb. 9, '24.)

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

With the attractive Dutch architectural lines and Santa Fe-style stucco exterior, wood trimmed interior, 10’ ceilings and custom made furniture, you’ll hardly believe you’re in a tiny house. One master bedroom with a king-size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and a comfortable floor mattress allows up to six guests to sleep here. Full-size bathtub and luxurious walk-in shower, along with a kitchenette, dining room and more make this your perfect “home away from home.”

This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

Carefully designed cabin with plush comfortable accessories. Come and relax in this cozy cabin after a long day of shopping in Downtown Waco or Homestead Heritage. This cabin (and its sister cabin) is situated on a small wooded lot on a quite dead end street, just north of Waco. A fire pit is provided for each cabin and a playground is provided for them to share. You won't regret staying with us during your stay in Waco!

While staying at this small and cozy guesthouse situated on a small farmstead, you will be 20 minutes from magnolia and the silos and just 8 minutes from Homestead Heritage. While not being in Waco, this guesthouse is only a few minutes from I35 so your trip into town will be very convenient.
