This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.
