We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is stunning and very peaceful, making it the perfect getaway. My family and I absolutely loved all the games available, it was a great touch and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The grill worked perfectly, and we made use of it every day. The home is beautifully decorated, and the surrounding nature is breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

We had a great stay! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The lake and hammock were beautiful every morning my son and I sat outside listening to the birds, and swang.

There were 9 of us that stayed at Michelle’s for Christmas in order to spend the holiday with our family who own a small farm in Mayo. We spent the majority of our time at the farm but slept at Michelle’s. We enjoyed the expansive porch, with coffee, in the morning and then again in the evening when we returned from the day’s activities. It was perfect for our needs. It is peaceful and serene and I believe all of us that stayed would have loved to enjoy the home more, if we had more time. The acreage is great and our dogs had a ball. The doggie doors were definitely a plus. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The place was just as beautiful as we had hoped. Right on the river. There are neighbors, but you have privacy and your own dock. I didn’t want to leave! The home itself was so cozy! But you’ll definitely be spending most of your time outside! Would absolutely come back!

we love the house. Super clean and has everything you need. They have two recliners that are massage chairs that are so nice. Also have white noise machine. The place is quiet and walking distance from everything. If you like to ride Bicycles, you can ride your bicycle to the green way and bicycle all the way to high springs.

We arrived with big plans: grill under the stars and rekindle my husband’s childhood love of fire pits. However, within 15 minutes of meeting Kecia (who is truly the sweetest and has the most adorable pup), he was in bed, fast asleep. That’s how peaceful this place is. Forestville Cottage is more than a charming, well-appointed stay. It’s a true retreat. We never turned on the TV, though everything was fully equipped. I did some work without a hitch and even lined up car service for the next day. The morning air smelled like pine; everything felt calm, quiet, and easy. Kecia has created a space that feels like home, but better. From the cozy porch to the morning light trickling through the trees, every detail of our stay invited us to slow down and breathe. We left feeling clearer and lighter, and are already hoping to stop through again—next time, maybe we’ll finally get to that BBQ. Kokomo Farms is a really special place, full of love and creativity, with special touches all around. The animals are so much fun to watch and interact with. Each unique accommodation has its own charm. I have always wanted to sleep in a treehouse, and it did not disappoint. The heated blanket was a nice touch on a cold night. Judy and Greg are amazing hosts. I look forward to planning another trip back to the farm soon.
