Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

L'appartamento è luminoso e funzionale, ben fornito per soggiorni settimanali, l'atmosfera rilassante e tranquilla. Gode di una bella vista sul giardino, la valle e le montagne del versante orobico. Isolato quanto basta per garantire silenzio e quiete, permette di raggiungere in poco tempo il fondo valle e le valli circostanti, mete di trekking o semplici immersioni nella natura. Consigliato per brevi pause o vacanze all'insegna del relax, lontane da luoghi eccessivamente turistici.
