The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Vacanze - Sassetta. "Lo Stollo" è un podere in pietra in stile toscano, situato in zona collinare a soli 15 km dal mare. La struttura è composta da tre appartamenti indipendenti, ciascuno con ingresso separato: Stollo 1 – Piano terra, fino a 6 posti letto, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Stollo 2 – Primo piano, 2/4 posti letto, perfetto per coppie o piccole famiglie. Stollo 3 – Casetta indipendente, 2 posti letto, immersa nel verde e perfetta per una vacanza in tranquillità.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Edera Apartment in Agriturismo with Pool

Edera is a large apartment for a couple (70 square meters). Being on the upper floor it is very bright, it consists of a double bedroom and a kitchen-dining room. Edera is one of the three apartments of the Agriturismo Segarelli, here peace and tranquility reign supreme. Located among the rolling Tuscan hills, you can walk in our garden, take a dip in the swimming pool surrounded by greenery or simply relax in the silence of the countryside, far from the chaos of the city.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
