L'appartement est très confortable. Il est situé dans une station balnéaire juste au dessus de la plage de Lagun, c'est une communauté très sûre, la plage est à quelques minutes de l'appartement. C'est dans la zone ouest de Curaçao, moins de monde et des plages plus calmes comme, jeremi, Kleine Knip, Grote knip vers l'ouest et à l'est nous avons les plages de Santa Cruz, San Juan (belles et très sauvages, et Cas Abau etc... et le parc naturel « Shete Boka » à proximité.
