Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I had an amazing 10-day stay at Angelica’s condo in the vibrant BGC/Burgos Circle area! The location is unbeatable, with plenty to do—shopping, dining, and exploring—all within walking distance. The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect for morning brews, and having a laundry service and a convenience store right next door made my stay even more comfortable. Angelica was an exceptional host, providing quick responses and thoughtful local recommendations. The area felt very safe and was always lively, making it a perfect home base during my trip. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return on my next visit!

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Prim Rose's place! The place was spotless, beautiful, and it feels very homey. Prim Rose was very responsive and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Also, the beds are really comfortable. It’s one of the top things that we always look for in an Airbnb and Miss May’s place did not disappoint. Thank you for welcoming us in your lovely home.

One of the places that is worth the price. Super linis ng environment and friendly ang host. I didn’t have any problem with my stay here. Highly recommended sa mga riders like us na papuntang daranak & batlag falls. Sulit talaga. If you’re looking for a place to stay n hindi mahal pero maganda , malawak at malinis, book nyo n guys. Hindi kayo magsisisi. Thanks po ate Ofelia for welcoming us and letting us put our things inside khit hindi pa oras ng check in.

Peaceful and comfortable stay. Unit has excellent A/C units in every room, whisper quite. Great location in Newport City with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Had no problem ordering Grab pickups to get around. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Host is quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde sie nicht mit den angegebenen 6 Personen nutzen, das wäre mir zu eng. Aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung. Es war alles vorhanden as gebraucht wurde. Der Umbau der Wohnung mit dem Wohnbereich zur Terrasse hin hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Einen japanischen Stil konnten wir nicht erkennen. Aber auch das ist sicher eine Frage der Interpretation. Die Kommunikation mit Chloe war problemlos und das Apartment war auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert. Viel besser als ein Hotel. Die Pools und der Fitnessraum waren ein extra Plus. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Accurate description of amenities and services. The unit has all the things you need, cooking, laundry, entertainment even toiletries needs. He’ll find you a parking slot so you won’t have to worry. I just find 1BR small for us 4 coz we’re all adults. 😂 Given the time constraints, this is the unit I can find where it has all the things we need. Thanks again for hosting, Peps!

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again. And for Ms.Honnie thank you so much for your assistance. She's very cheerful and charming.
