"This is a small, private studio attached to triplex . It has a private bathroom and kitchenette area with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle for the tea lovers. There is a sink but no (range.) We are located 1.5 miles south downtown Orlando and a 5 minute walk to Wade view Park. We are centrally located within an hour to most Central FL attractions and Beaches. (Disney World, Universal, Sea World, International Drive.) All are within 35 min from the unit.
