Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

Private A-Frame in Alpine Village, Warren, Vermont. 10 min to Sugarbush Resort, 20 min to Mad River Glen. A mile from beautiful Blueberry Lake and nearby is Warren. Very peaceful & quiet dirt road w/partial views facing East towards Roxbury Range. 4WD/AWD required Nov-April with decent tires, low clearance cars not advised.
