Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Our updated and heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Adventurer's delight! Very private location at a great price. We are located 3 miles east of South Fork. Take your pick from skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, ATVs, or just relaxing. This easy stopover is just off either main hiway through Montrose. It has all the usual home amenities. Free parking, WiFi, monitor, printer, new queen beds, full kitchen, new laundry. It is situated within two blocks of the Montrose County Fairgrounds, shops, coffee, pubs, City walking path, play area, and restaurants. Use this house as a home base for adventures to the Black Canyon National Park (12 minutes away), San Juans Mountains completing business, meetups, or family get togethers .
