This charming, country 1926 farmhouse sits atop rolling country fields just outside the village of Maiden Rock, and just a few miles to Stockholm, Pepin, & Red Wing, Mn. This farmhouse was purchased by the host's parents in 1987. While being raised here with 8 siblings, this home felt very small. Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds is probably the best part of the cabin. Attractive flower beds, large yard, spacious interior, pond, and creek. Back porch, front porch, and upper balcony. Great for a family getaway or a low-key long weekend away from the city.

Peaceful, beautiful property with Trimbelle River within walking distance. Close to Red Wing /Twin Cities, Stockholm/Pepin, restaurants, bars and Treasure Island Casino. Different kinds of wildlife. Nice road to walk or bike. I've been here long time and enjoy it all still.
