Great stay, would stay again

10/10 would stay here again. like in the listing the place is small-ish but it's definitely not too small. The resort community is super cute and the pool and laundry area was nice. my family felt right at home. Michelle was an amazing host, she went above and beyond and was always super responsive whenever we had to reach out. I'm hoping to stay here again next year! thank you Michelle for the amazing vacation!

Extremely cute and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the future. My girlfriend and dog really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property and water. Only complaint is that the well water was smelly, which the owner warns about.

We had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Howey Mansion. The place was very inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. Really appreciated the extra towels, efficient air conditioning, and the entire apartment. While it is on the third floor, the walk up was not hard, the steps have very good handrails. Excellent location if you need to stay in the area with great views from both bedrooms. Highly recommended!

The place looked just like the photos! I loved the location, and the host was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and private stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Cozy & intimate is exactly what this place is. Although new to the game as Host, Malcolm is great. His communication is spot on. This place is cozy, comfortable, cost friendly and conviently located to so much. Minutes away by car is a huge variety of things to do. I-4 is just 2 lights away off exit 85. It's the physical dividing factor on this downtown property ...as this is an up & coming area. The price differential is crazy on the Hilton touristy side (100$+ differential) vs the older classic real Florida residential side. There's ample safe parking in the fenced in area of this home. We had the upstairs unit & as an older superhost, I was aware of the potential challenge of stairs but met this so easily. 😆 The downstairs unit is an option- just ask! I really love young Malcolm's investment, as he's new, friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed the quietness and the opportunity of entertainment just minutes away. it's a great deal.

I couldn’t have picked a better listing! The home was spotless and exactly as described. Our dogs had a blast in the backyard, and when we were at the house, the peaceful sounds of the waterfall by the pool made lounging so relaxing—we even drifted off to sleep! Travis was an excellent communicator, always helpful and responsive. Despite being on the main road, it was incredibly quiet, and everyone slept soundly without any disturbances. My mom and grandma especially enjoyed the screened-in patio with a TV, which made their stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again when we travel with our family!

Christy is an amazing host that was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I didn’t have a massive list of things to do on check out, just lock up and go on my way. The home was beautiful and spacious, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It served my family so well for the wedding we were in town for, not to mention the bed was SO comfortable. This place was one of the best yet!! Fantastic attention to every detail. Host was very responsive and sent many recommendations for local places. From entry to exit everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Clean and every detail from quality of linens to laundry pods available was just superb. The kids loved having games and video game to play on the patio. Kitchen was completely stocked and ready to fix family dinners. We will be seeking this place again when we are in the area. This house was just beautiful, decorated nice and had everything you need for a nice welcoming stay.. felt right at home! Easy entry and host was very clear with instructions, sent everything as far as WiFi along with grill usage and trash, even checked up on us. It was rainy during our stay but the pool was very nice with the small waterfall, very private and peaceful backyard. Would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Daniella’s place. She was very responsive and it was a great value. We had plenty of room and enjoyed Gator Joe’s, which was only a short walk.

This is a beautiful home and very quiet area I loved it! Barbara was very cooperative as well.

A very quiet place for relaxing and although we didn’t have kids it’s a great house to bring them. Very clean house had everything we needed especially in the kitchen to cook etc and Publix delivered in less than 30 min. It was too hot to do a fire, although there was firewood in the fireplace to use. Lots of out door seating all different times of the day for shade was great. We will definitely book again and will recommend to anyone headed to that area. Thank you Brianna

This place was the perfect place to stay when attending a conference!! I loved how close I was to the conference, but had a way for down time away from it. Many food places were close by. The Walgreens across the street was very helpful as well as a dollar tree!! The view of Disney Springs and Epcot by the elevator was great!! I enjoyed having a fridge to keep my bottled water cold and I got ice cream as well! Great place to stay!!

Shawn was a great host. He gave clear instructions. Check in was quick and easy. The unit was quiet and extremely clean. The bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities one need for a week. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The resort amenities were beautiful. Great on-site restaurants. I loved watching movies while lounging at the pool. The location was great. It's pretty close to everything (restaurants, parks, highways, gas stations, grocery stores, and shops). The price paid was a steal in my opinion. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Orange Lake multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This was nothing different. Vacation was very easy to deal with and would recommend booking anytime with them.

This is such a beautiful and clean place. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The place has a good vibe! The view is beautiful and the rooftop area with pool was very enjoyable! Definitely will return!

Vista Cay is a great setup. You can walk to the nearby Publix to get everything you need + are close to all the attractions. The pool is as advertised and doesn't feel overcrowded, even during peak season. Really great value overall.
