Kukuaru 4 väikest majakest asetsevad Pedja jõe kaldal, maagilise vaatega jõele. Kaks maja on ühenduses omavahel suure terrassiga kus saab nautida jõevaadet Siin saab eriliselt puhata loodusega käsikäes. Meil on saun ja ujumisvõimalus. Paadisõit, jalgrattad hinnas. The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

In ground floor is large living room (55m2) with open kitchen and fireplace, one bedroom with double bed, shower and sauna. In first floor is a bedroom with king size bed and single bed, one bedroom with two single beds, roof terraces with beautiful views. Both bedrooms in first floor have separate entrances to shower/WC. Barbeque. Boat. Bicycles. Garden furniture. Free Wifi.

Hommikusöögiks ootavad sind kodukana munad, mida valmistada endale soovitult. Kohapeal olemas kapselkohvimasin, pliit, külmik, telekas, juhtmevaba kõlar Lapsele lisavoodi võimalus.

Salumetsa saunamaja

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Metsvahi holiday house is located in the middle of Jõgevamaa forests. It is an ideal place to escape from the routine and take a break from everyday responsibilities. You can walk along the beautiful forest paths, experience a real sauna experience, chill out in the pond after that, and enjoy the beauty of the starry sky in the hot tub sauna. This is a place to really rest and relax. Booking the main house, a separate sauna house, and, by agreement, a barrel sauna is possible.

Korter asub kaunis tartu ülejõe piirkonnas uuselurajoonis eemal linnakärast aga samas piisavalt lähedal. Korter on väga hubane ja seal on olemas kõik eluks vajalik. Mugavust lisab suur rõdu mööbliga ja eraldi privaatne sissepääs. Emajõe lähim koht on kõigest 15 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kogu jõe ümbruses on looduskauneid vaateid ja mitmeid ujumiskohti. Lisaks emajõele asub korteri läheduses ERM ja tagurpidi maja. Kaunis raekoda ja kesklinn kõigest 10 min autosõidu kaugusel.
