Well thought out space with a cozy feel. Great natural light during the day. Excellent location great restaurants and stores just minutes walking. This is a unique and historical nieghborhood. It’s quiet and great restaurants and grocery is within walking distance. Also quick 10 minute drive to downtown Detroit.

The space is even more impressive in person. For our needs, the kitchenette was perfect. The views were wonderful. The private parking was a plus. Nice sitting spaces outside. Walkable to restaurants, highly recommend the Honeybee's restaurant! Robert provides a noise machine for traffic. Weekdays were much more quiet traffic/noise wise than the weekend, especially a holiday weekend. Look forward to staying again.

Rachel's place was exactly as advertised. In a perfect location to explore the area. The space was spotless and furnishings were top notch. Would absolutely reccomend this place to family and friends

We stayed at the loft for a weekend away at Niagara Falls. It was very easy to get to all of the attractions via car (also close proximity to the WeGo bus system). This location is super quiet and peaceful compared to the craziness of the area directly surrounding the falls, which was great to come home to after a long day of touristy fun. Overall the space is super open and meet our needs as a group of 4 very well.

Don is a wonderful host. The place is very large and beautiful. It’s in a convenient location and a wonderfully comfortable place. HIGHLY recommend. I hope to stay again!

Super cute Airbnb with lots of character! Everything was super clean, well organized, and tastefully decorated. The carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen just goes to show how much William cares about the guests. Will definitely come back if we return to Ann Arbor one day!

We will definitely be making this a regular stay! So beautiful in the winter, even with snow we could walk to dinner and the main street for shopping, coffee, and snacks. The best part was how this converted to have three queen beds so each of us could have our own space!

This Airbnb was perfect for our weekend away! It was walking distance from bars, restaurants, the casino, rocket arena…there was a lot to do! The Airbnb itself was clean and felt very homey! The host was great and responded quickly when we needed him! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

We stayed here after spending the afternoon at the Nordic Spa. Helmut and Amber thought of everything you might need including small snacks and delicious butter tarts. The space had a great layout and was a great place for a quick stay

We had a great stay at Dan's place. It is super walkable in Larkinville– close to bars, restaurants, distilleries, diners, and more. The apartment is super clean and easy to access. Definitely felt like a great value for what we were getting. The rules are pretty strict, but not impossible or unreasonable to follow.

Beautiful, spotless, peaceful, private. Extremely easy check-in/check-out. VERY conveniently located near Q-line/Bus stop. Well stocked and nice amenities

I'm glad your cozy lott was available this week. It made traveling for work almost as if I were home! Wish it was available last week & next. Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is so central, we were able to walk to a winery, coffee shop and convenience store and a quick drive from Niagara Falls & NOTL. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated with a calming vibe and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was so quick and helpful! Definitely recommend if you’re coming to the area!

Great place in the heart of EA, way bigger than the pictures show, it's practically two apartments in one. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The place was well put together without too much clutter. She had plenty of basic kitchen accessories and bathroom amenities. Overall I was very happy to have the place while I was working out of town
