Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. Conveniently located just off Highway 29, near Highways 178, 53, 94 and near Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, shopping, dining, fishing, boating, swimming and so much more! This is a 1955 Classic, not new, not perfect. Although the space has had some upgrades and will get more, the original charm will stay.
