Beautiful Black Lake which is a 10,000 Acre lake is available for your use as we have 100ft of private lake frontage with a 70 ft dock which is shared by my other unit. We are close to Black Mountain Recreation Area and the Onaway Speedway. About 45 minutes from Mackinaw, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Rogers City and Ocqueoc Falls. Great for Guys & Girls outings!

Our cabin is clean and homey. Located conveniently on M-33/ M-68 - 12 minutes from exit 310 (Indian River) on I-75. We are near hundreds of acres of state land including the Black Mountain area for hiking and biking. We have (2) 50" Tv's, DVD player, Dish Network and Bluetooth sound bar; and electric fireplace. A bonfire pit and propane gas grill-for your use (at your own risk) Centrally located to so much in Northern Michigan. We have WIFI! And a new water heater and water tank.

We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
