This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Courtesy use of the dock for swimming or boat. Close to Green Pond Landing and Portman Marina. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and outdoor activities. 15 min from Clemson University, 20 min to downtown Anderson, just 10 min from 1-85.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.
