On the main level, the great room/dining room is open to the kitchen. 4 bedrooms total, 3 king bedrooms (2 on first floor), 1 king and a bunk room with 2 doubles and 2 singles. A canoe, 2 paddle boards and 2 double kayaks included. Shuffleboard, foosball, outdoor Ping-Pong, board games and two person pac-man game, with additional 60 games! towels and linens included! Pickleball/tennis 10 min away!

Though the house isn’t directly on the water, our private dock on Hartwell is only a 1-2 min walk away! Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Unwind in the private hot tub on the deck or gather around the cozy fire pit.

The Cottage
