Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed. and Sat. and begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!
