Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

me and my fiance stayed just a few days and I didn’t want to leave! The space was even better than expected. Having almost everything you’d need to cook, plenty of towels, clean bedding. It was so clean and beautiful inside and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Felt just like home. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful as well. We will 100% be back!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a perfect location. Could walk to town and other stores were close by. Place was better than expected.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michelle's! The apartment was clean, very comfortable, well located. We'd happily stay there on our next trip!

We had a great stay for a winter ski trip. 20 min to Boyne highlands. Airbnb itself is very well stocked and well maintained. Host was responsive. One thing to keep in mind is there is a steep staircase to get to the unit that I imagine may not be suitable for all.

Host was understanding & very communicative. Location was perfect & space was clean & well organized. Will rent out again in the future!

This trip was a Christmas gift to Grandpa and Grandma from the adult kids. We had plenty of space for eight adults! This is an older home, renovated, but with the charm intact! The accomodations are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked. It is noteworthy, both full bathrooms are downstairs and all four bedrooms, and a half bath, are upstairs. We really enjoyed riding bikes across the street to watch the sunset, grilling out steaks one evening and watching the day go by while swinging on the porch. We spent a day in nearby Holland to see the tulips and strolled the nearby streets of South Haven. Mike was easy to communicate with and we had the pleasure of meeting him! If the opportunity presents, we'll certainly return to this rental!

This was the perfect location to stay for our fall golf trip to Arcadia Bluffs. A beautiful home less than 20 minutes to the course. Highly recommended.

Well-maintained house, spotless upon arrival, great view of the area from the kitchen. Ice machine was a great touch especially with a bunch of people in the house! Would definitely come back!

Jewel is just up the road if you need supplies, but you’ll quickly forget the outside world exists. And Waylon? This isn’t just a weekend rental - it’s the kind of place that makes you rethink how you spend your time off. You’ll leave better than you arrived.

The place was just right for our girls getaway. It had a great location right on the lake. Since it was late fall it was very quiet. Would love to come back when it is warm to enjoy the water. The place itself was wonderful, the picturea didn't deceive.

this was the first time using the platform. The communication with the host was absolutely phenomenal, even offering to help with any questions I might have using the app. I rate them the highest possible on every account because of the stellar job that they did. The house was very nicely put together and absolutely stunning. The location of the home is perfect for a variety of things in Michigan City and is very much appreciated. I highly recommend the house and its location as well as the wonderful host.

I loved staying at this Airbnb! The private beach entry was amazing. The place itself was very cozy and peaceful. Dandan was extremely responsive and easy to work with! I definitely would come back again.

We stayed here for a weekend away as a family. The view of the lake and beaches were amazing as well as the park right in the backyard. The place itself had everything we needed and was the perfect space for a get away weekend.

The location was beautiful. We had an issue the first night with the hot water but they sent someone out early morning the next day and resolved the issue. All in all a responsive host and a great stay!

My friend and I were in the area for the Tulip festival, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The updated condo was extremely clean, comfortable, convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants in downtown Grand Haven. It was a perfect place to come back after a day of exploring, we felt safe and at home. Lisa was excellent at communicating info before arrival and quick to answer questions we had during our stay. I would definitely stay at Lisa’s place if in the area again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Loved this clean & cozy Airbnb & its location! The outside patio was lovely too. We walked to dinner and then again to get coffee in the morning. The condo was perfect for our girls’ weekend to see the Tulip Festival in Holland. If/when we return to Grand Haven, we would love to stay here again!

What a little gem! We felt very safe and at home at this condo. It was nice and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. More amenities than we could want or need and everything was spotless and well kept! We loved this place so much that we want to look at our own to purchase in the area. Will definitely stay again! Also… cannot beat the responsiveness of the owners. Top notch!
