There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage.

Bring your fishing boat and park it in one of the docks (first come, first serve) and enjoy fishing. (Host has fishing rods). There is also a fish cleaning station.

The property also boasts a boat slip, which is for use by all residents and guests of the community.
