Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

It's called "Brazos Bluffs Ranch" because it rises from grassy meadows on the river through dense woods to bluffs towering 120' overlooking miles of the river valley.
