The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

Step out into the backyard retreat and unwind in the Cowboy Pool or Hot Tub, enjoy burgers from the grill, or gather around the cozy fire pit! Welcome to the Airstream on Arison Farm. While you enjoy your farm stay, watch the chickens and the goats forage on our eight-acre property just five minutes from Granbury’s historic square, and two miles from the closest boat ramp. Soak in the water trough right off the porch, or lounge by the fire pit. Use our farm as home base while you explore the local wineries, breweries, restaurants, antique and junk shops and so much more that Granbury has to offer. We even offer WiFi and a smart TV.

Green Door Lofts, featured on Fixer Upper Urban Loft Challenge and referred to as "Funky Town" by Chip, is a 9-unit luxury loft complex in the heart of Waco's bustling Silo District. We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.

It is located behind the main house with private parking in the historic Castle Heights/Austin Ave neighborhood. Minutes from downtown restaurants and nightlife, Magnolia/Silos, and Baylor. Perfect for romantic getaways, Baylor parents and alumni, Magnolia fans, those visiting family in Waco, business travelers or house hunters.

A wonderful home with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A large lot, completely fenced in back yard, with an in ground pool and a hot tub! A Nespresso machine with coffee pods for an inviting and rich cup of joe. A chef's kitchen that opens into the oversized great room living area. The house is near to a golf course at Kirtley park and we have golf clubs available for our guests. Across the street there is a lake and our guests can use the canoes and kayaks we have at the house.
