Location being close to Conesus Lake(.2miles), local park on the water within walking distance, boat launch, fishing, golfing, SUNY Geneseo, eight restaurants close, Letchworth State Park, wine country, Finger Lakes, skiing at Bristol Mountain (30 min) & 30 minutes to Rochester. Pets welcomed w/ fee.

Bristol Creekside Cottage

Unwind at this romantic getaway nestled in the beautiful Bristol Hills, just minutes away from Bristol Ski Resort, Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

New Lakeview Upstairs Suite

Brand new private suite (800 sq ft) located on the second floor of a new home located on Northwest side of Conesus Lake. A friendly quiet neighborhood that is ideal for people who like to walk. Close access to Vitale Park and public area for kayaks and fishing. Furnished with two (2) queen size beds, sitting area with lakeview and sunrise. Convenient Access: 25 min from downtown Rochester and the Rochester airport. Accommodations for four (4) guests. Off street parking – with one assigned spot.

Camp Run Lake House

Amazing Sunsets! Flat yard, super easy parking. This super spacious 3 bedroom, 1800 sf house is perfect for family and friend get togethers. Walking distance to several restaurants and breweries. Inside you will find a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 large bedrooms. Outside you will find a grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and a 100' dock with your own water trampoline! Shallow beach area is perfect to walk right into the water. Very flat yard perfect for outside fun!

Conesus Lake Waters Edge Retreat

Year round Lake front retreat will accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people and full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms (one with balcony overlooking the lake) and full bath on the second level. Enjoy your family vacation by relaxing on the brand new expansive patio with fire pit, hot tub and bunk house. Prepare your meals in the open chef’s style kitchen or built in outdoor bbq. Cozy up by the fireplace while enjoying a movie on our 60” flatscreen TV. Lake life!!!

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Gezellig Huis on Conesus Lake (studio apt)

Gezellig means cozy, warm and friendly in Dutch! Just what you'll find when relaxing and enjoying the view in studio apartment across the street from our lakefront home on Conesus. Close to Letchworth State Park, wineries/breweries, SUNY Geneseo, hiking, Rochester museums/tours and other Finger Lakes attractions. Kayaks available, lakeside lounge chairs with firepit, private patio overlooking wooded lot. Now with updated WIFI! All welcome; owner speaks English, Dutch and German.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Dock at property holds owners boats so may see someone on nice in a while come quickly get their boat and leave
