Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Dans la région du Chianti, aux collines plantées d'oliviers, découvrez cette ancienne ferme typique de Toscane, entièrement rénovée et son terrain de 3000m2. Elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. L’été , avec le réchauffement climatique, il peut faire extrêmement chaud , et, la maison étant ancienne, il est très compliqué d’y installer une climatisation. Il y a cependant des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, ils sont très efficaces et silencieux.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
