Completed in September 2020 this detached cottage features a large living room,beautiful dining kitchen , two double bedrooms with ample storage, wc room upstairs and luxury bathroom with bath and separate large walk in shower. The cottage is fully equipped for 4 people . There is your own designated parking space but also plenty of further parking in the surrounding area. A small bistro table and chairs provides outdoor seating for morning coffee , evening drinks . Dovecot Dubs is in the perfect location in the ancient Royal Burgh(1140) of Lanark with it’s connections to William Wallace. The cottage is just 1 mile from the Unesco World Heritage village of New Lanark and the picturesque Falls of Clyde. There are numerous beautiful walks and gardens to visit including the Clyde Walkway at Castlebank Park. Glasgow and Edinburgh are 1 hours drive away as well as the Scottish Borders . Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

Charming cottage with all modern conveniences. Self check-in available. Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.

Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

Have a holiday in the village of Luss in a unique listed cottage on the banks of Loch Lomond. Luss village has its own pier with boat trips, Loch Lomond Faerie Trail, a beach and hiking, walking and cycling paths.
