The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is a private entrance and car parking. It's located on the outskirts of Welton, 6 miles from the cathedral city of Lincoln. The cottage has a bath with shower over, open kitchen dining area and a lounge, ideal for a couple or small family. Outside is a summerhouse and garden furniture

Little Lodge

A little home from home. Ideally situated to get to the coast for some sea air or visit the city of Lincoln for shopping or cultural visit to the Cathedral quarter. There is plenty to see in the area various wildlife reserves, the Lincolnshire show ground for events and we even have a lovely wildlife zoo. And when you have done all that you can come back to Little Lodge and chill out, sit on your own patio overlooking a half acre garden.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
