Lovely place with amazing views. One bedroom is downstairs and 3 upstairs. The kitchen needs a refurbishment and is very dirty. A steep climb to the apartment. Good responses from staff with daily messages. Hot water ran out very quickly. A little far away from the main center, about 25 minute walk. Overall, lovely place to stay with a big group.

Overall it’s a good stay here. just that the road condition are quite stiff for you to go in and out of the stay area.

В целом нам очень понравилось проживание в этом месте, где очень красивая территория, ухоженный сад с потрясающим видом на горы, реку, розмарин, который пахнет на всю территорию. Очень неудобно было, что в комнате нет чайника. И каждый раз я просила горячую воду для питья. После заката не всегда можно увидеть персонал. Приватности ноль. В 6 утра наши соседи начали шуметь. То есть все харчки, крики всё это слышно. Ладно это гости, но когда уборщица начала греметь за стенкой от меня мыть раковину, она просто начала бить половой тряпкой 😂😂😂это было очень громко. Ни какого уважения и мысли о том, что кто-то ещё отдыхает. В целом, очень красиво, но не для пар. Это место подойдет для компаний. Благодарю за гостеприимство! Персонал нужно просто оповестить, что делать уборку лучше после 10 утра, если это сильно шумно.

The view is amazing. Hung is an amazing host. He arranged transport and a lovely cooking class and let us have an early check-in and late checkout.

Beautiful house in a quiet section of the town, lots of trees, a little away from the center, which makes you take a nice walk. Mr. Trung is very helpful: will come and pick up your luggage at the bottom of the hill if you’re on foot and will take it down too when you leave, will help you with bus tickets, etc.

Wunderschön naturbelassenes, traditionelles Haus, abseits des touristischen Sa Pas. Es ist ein veganes Restaurant im Haus, wo wir uns auch Frühstück bestellen konnten. Mopedausleih war ebenfalls möglich, vielen Dank dafür!

Our stay was amazing!!! The rooms were super clean, the bed was comfy, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The staff helped us with everything: arranging taxi’s, arranging tours, etc.. They were really friendly and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing staff that helped us whenever we needed to head to sapa town. Loved their breakfast too and not to mention the superb views! Recommend for people to stay here for a nice relaxing experience.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans notre bungalow en plein milieu des rizières ! Le paysage était splendide et le service client était parfait. Nous recommandons fortement à toute personne souhaitant un logement tranquille et reposant !

This place is perfect for me! Away from the busy city, it is an escape for solo travellers in the process of grieving a lost one(like me) or getting over a painful break up. Total privacy, no TV, outside balcony that you can smoke freely while listening to the gush of water flow of river. The best thing is that the room has an electric heater that keeps the bed warm in the cold weather.Hot water works well. However, if u expect proactive clean up, available food, existence of refrigerator, interaction with friendly humans etc this might not be ideal. They even set up a desk in my room when I needed to attend a work call. And the view is overlooking mountains is just so amazing!

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. Really peaceful surroundings and beautiful mountains. Highly recommend going on trekking tour set up by the host.
