We have stayed at this location many times and always have a great time! There are great restaurants and a couple of book stores within walking distance. Fred is a great host and we enjoy chatting with him.

Great space in a quiet residential neighborhood not too far from the cool parts of the city. Kind, responsive host. We had a nice time!

Super clean and neat. Easy to find , get in, etc. New and clean, has what you need. Good communication. Would definitely recommend.

I would stay there again if I go back to Loveland.

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

Loved staying at Beth's private studio. It was perfect for working remotely and then heading out for hikes and bike rides. 1 hr away from RMNP was amazing for thr weekends. Great location, Loveland was an easy drive from Fort Collins and Denver. Beth was responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Kate was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed staying at the residence. Everything was perfect! The neighborhood was nice and quiet very peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Kevin is an amazing host! Very responsive, super easy to work with! Very friendly, and great instruction packet left for easy worry free stay!

My 5th AirBnB stay so far. Everything was top- grade. All prior experiences with AirBnB have been very good, but this one tops the list. Cheryl was very flexible on our weather delays & travel breakdown. Great place, great area, great hostess. Will be back next winter if available. LH

Excellent overall stay. We had been to Estes park before but this was our first trip with our 6 month-old. The views in the photos are very real which is what we were hoping for when we booked this location. With being so limited with a baby, it was a breath of fresh air to step out onto the patio and enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. Place was very clean. Easy to find. Very quiet area. Super cozy. The fireplace gave it that chef’s kiss. Highly recommend. P.s you’re in for an amazingly awesome surprise when you finally step foot into the master bathroom 🔥🔥🔥

Beautiful home on a peaceful property. It was clean and spacious. The hot tub was delightful with plenty of space for our group. We got to enjoy watching elk pass through the yard. Wonderful location for a weekend with friends. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay with family at Sharon's house in Fort Collins. The house was nicely located with short drives to Horsetooth Reservoir as well as downtown. The host was very responsive. The outdoor spaces were quiet and relaxing. The house had a high chair, pack n play, and toys for our toddler. Overall, I highly recommend this house.

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

Enjoyed our stay at Estes Park! It was the perfect accommodation for our trip hiking in RMNP. The apartment is cosy, has comfy beds, great bathroom with double sink and the hot tub was a great bonus to relax in after some long hikes. Would recommend!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

this is a great location. you are literally a block from main street, and overlook the mountains. beautiful condo. plenty of room. great cooking space if you didn't want to eat out. this is the 4th time we've stayed here, and will stay here again. just the perfect spot to stay in Estes if you want to walk around downtown and not have to worry about parking and driving around. such a friendly host that more than communicates, and makes everything very easy.

We were there for a wedding at black canyon inn and it couldn’t be any closer to the venue. Host was communicative, the place was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
