Nice place in 5 minute walk from the sea, one minute from the bus stop. Apartment had everything we needed and even there were some toys for the child. Price was affordable, so I absolutely recommend this apartment

I have been travelling and working in Cyprus for some years now and know the Mackenzie area of Larnaca very well. Diana's apartment is ideally located close to the main Mackenzie beach bars and restaurants and is also a pleasant walk along the sea front to the old town of Larnaca. The apartment is much better than most listed and importantly, has free parking. All good !

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. I especially loved the outdoor spaces—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The host was always friendly and communication was easy. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

Thank you Eva for letting me stay for 5 days in your amazing apartment..!!The view was just spot on, so gorgeous, right overlooking the sea from both the living room and the bedroom, which was very peaceful and beautiful, and at the same time as soon as you step outside, everything is close by: the restaurants, the sea, the stores, the beaches.! everything in a walking distance.! the apartment was very clean and just what I wanted for my little getaway from North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA. I came for a wedding of my friend this time but next time I would like to come just because just to chill and enjoy myself; one again highly recommend.!!Thank you Eva.!

The location is perfect; it is close enough to the city center, within walking distance with most things needed - supermarket, groceries, pharmacies, cafes and small restaurants. The flat was very clean and well-maintained. Quite spacious for a studio. And it had everything needed for a stay. All instructions (internet, keys, hot water) were in place, which was very thoughtful. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Responded very fast so had no issues in communication. Recommend the place and the host without any doubt.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die überdachte Terrasse und der unverbaute Blick auf das Meer sind einfach perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Nespresso-Maschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Die Unterkunft war für uns als Familie perfekt, jede:r hatte einen eigenen Rückzugsraum und gemeinsam konnten wir in Küche, Wohnzimmer oder auf der Terasse Zeit verbringen. Da wir erst zu Beginn der Feiertage ankamen, hat Anoki netterweise ein paar Einkäufe für uns erledigt, sodass wir entspannt anreisen konnten und für die ersten Tage versorgt waren. Für Fragen stand sie uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Un coin de paradis! Le logement, la terrasse et la vie sont beaucoup plus beaux que sur les photos. Grand confort aussi. Il y a un jardin fruitier extraordinaire devant la maison et des poules, oies et dindons. C’est situé dans une campagne très tranquille, près de jolies plages et restaurants de poisson. Un peu loin du circuit touristique et c’est tant mieux à mon avis! L’hôte était aussi très gentille et généreuse. Nous aurions dû reserver pour plus longtemps!

Excellent location very close to the beach faraway from the busy touristic sites. The house has all amenities and is spacious inside and outside. The garden area in summer should be quite nice (in April it was a little windy). You should have a car to access the tourist stops and supermarkets.

Снимали жилье неделю компанией 5 взрослых и один ребенок (3 года) и остались очень довольны! Beatrice довольно быстро отвечает и пошла на встречу в заселение пораньше. Расположение хорошее - 5 мин до моря и 5 мин до автобусной остановке. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания в плоть до мелочей в том числе и для детей (игрушки, велосипед, самокат, ракетки и т.д) Вообщем и целом всё просто замечательно и однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Lokalizacja jest idealna- połączenie spokoju z dojściem do plaży w ciągu 5 minut pieszo, a kolejno z plaży na promenadę, która można sporo spacerować :) Za rogiem kawiarnia z dobrą kawą i przy głównej ulicy restauracje. Dojazd do centrum Larnaki samochodem to około 15 minut :) Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone i czyste! piękny widok na drzewo cytrynowe za oknami! Cristos zapewnił nam również dodatkowe ciepłe koce w razie chłodniejszej pogody :) Koci przyjaciele odwiedzali nas na oknie przy gotowaniu, jak i na tarasie :) Gospodarz reagował bardzo szybko na nasze wiadomości i serdecznie dziękujemy za wszystkie polecone miejsca, skorzystaliśmy i możemy potwierdzić, że było warto :) Polecamy i pozdrawiamy ciepło!

טוב נתחיל בזה שהייתה הקבלת פנים הכי מתוקה שקיימת היא הגיעה עם הכלבה הקטנה שלה ואני חולת כלבים 🐶 היא הייתה כל כך נחמדה ואדיבה הסבירה לי את כל התפעול של הבית ואמרה שכל דבר היא זמינה הייתי שם 2 לילות ויכולתי להישאר עוד אם זה היה תלוי בי בטוח שאחזור ממליצה מכל הלב❤️

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect being in easy walking distance to the main sites yet private and peaceful. The beach is just steps away and the balcony view is wonderful. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and respectful. There was a minor issue with the keys during our late night check in, however, the host responded immediately and we were not inconvenienced at all. Phenomenal service! I would happy stay again!

I can't imaging staying anywhere else. The location, the flat, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. I got up early just to watch the sunrise. The kitchen has everything you might need to make a meal. I've stayed here several times and have had wonderful experiences. Great value for what you receive. The host is A+++

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Location is ideal,view of the mountains in the front, palm trees & beach in the back just a few steps away. Building is very secure, quiet & private. Spotlessly clean & bright. The 2 balconies r awesome. Flat is sooo gorgeous as well as spacious. The hosts r incredible- so welcoming, always just a text away yet non- intrusive, very responsive to needs & helpful recommendations. They have stocked everything a person or family could need during their stay & several thoughtful food & drink items to start u off. If u like to see sunrise over the bay, sunset over the mountains, hearing the waves as u go to sleep, and a bright, beautifully decorated space- u can’t go wrong with this awesome place! Definitely hope to stay there again on a return trip

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

check-in took place without the owner or other staff, which is very convenient in principle. The apartment is clean, although the renovation is not the freshest, but it is equipped with all the necessary accessories Stan is very kind and responsive, I definitely recommend

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

Panayiotis's place was great, very spacious with very comfortable couch and bed. About a 20 minute walk to downtown Larnaca along the beach, and 5 minutes drive to the airport. Panayiotis was very communicate, answering questions quickly. Highly recommend!
