This house was decent for our stay for my brother’s wedding. It served its purpose and the fire pit made for some fun nights. I was thrown off by the tiny home on the property that is also an Airbnb and wish that would’ve been communicated to us beforehand. But it was a convenient place to stay, and the host seemed like a great guy! For the price, it wasn’t bad. Oh also, the washer and dryer were great! And there was plenty of parking space!

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet. Overall a wonderful place to stay! I would suggest a few basic items added to kitchen utensils for those on special diets that need to prepare food for themselves while traveling but overall excellent.

This beautiful historic, fully updated home was located in the heart of Hodgenville, KY. We were able to walk to great restaurants, museum, shopping and coffee. The home was spotless, full of lots of amenities , including enough toilet paper, extra pillows, blankets and coffee pods. Our fabulous host of this property stayed in touch with us, she was responsive and communicative throughout out stay. Our host thought of everything, and we had one of the best Airbnb experiences ever. So looking forward to our next stay at the "The Abraham".

We stayed there for the Kentucky Derby, short quick drive not far off the interstate. Perfect place to get away from the big city and unwind from the long days.

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

If I could leave more than 5 stars for extra credit, I would. It was an incredibly peaceful stay. The horses were serene. The dogs were so so friendly. My 10 year old LOVED the tree house and the creek. (She wants a creek in our yard now. lol) The space was exactly as described, looks just like the photos. All the comforts of home. The kitchen had any dishes, pots, pans, containers, foil, etc. you could possibly want to use. And so CLEAN! And Tracy and her family are the most lovely people. I enjoyed getting to know them. I highly recommend staying here!!!!

The place was perfect for my bach party during Kentucky derby weekend. Especially with booking the top room as well. There was a door that combined both air bnbs. It was so helpful being able to go back and forth for both of my groups that were staying in their respective rooms. Amazing host no complaints on the stay what so ever. The only issue I ever see arising with this place is parking if you have people you don’t know stay in the other apartment. Definitely max of 4 cars fit in the driveway. And the sound levels for the bottom residents. But it is described in the description so if you complain about it then that’s on you for booking it knowing the situation. Loved the golf course right down the road. Good restaurants and walkable pizza shop and liquor store. Really was a great weekend with my friends and I thank Shaalim for being so responsive during the 10 months we communicated back and forth when I booked.

Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

Jennifer was a great host and provided a secluded getaway. We thought we may hear from the neighbors in the other unit, but we didn’t hear a peep. Considering many things were closed due to the flooding, the Airbnb became our main source of entertainment. The hot tub, tv in a bedroom, and full cooking utensils were all nice touches. We’d stay here again.

We absolutely loved our get away to the Hillbilly Hill-ton. Tucked away from everything, we got to focus on having fun as a family away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We did Mammoth Cave, enjoyed the hot tub, and loved the saloon! Already missing it!

As always everything was great! There was a dirty glass in the sink when we arrived but other than that everything was great. Our SUV has a roof rack and we were afraid we couldn’t park it under the parking structure and accommodations were made so we could park else where. Always a pleasure staying with Tracey!

Adored this cabin! Celebrated 30 year Parental Anniversary & Retirement, as well as Easter. Cabin was cozy, lovely. Yard was spacious for family pictures. Area recently had flooding, and water had just receded so timing was good for being able to get to the cabin and then visiting Mammoth caves. Gorgeous. Priceless family time and memories. Thank you!

Beautiful property and excellent hosts! The property is beautiful - you must check out the cave and waterfall on site. It’s a bit of a hike, for out of shape hikers like ourselves…. but doable and worth it, even with it being so muddy from all the rain! Very easy check in and check out process! Hosts were very accommodating and proactive. The internet went out on our second at the cabin we rented. David came to investigate and once he realized it wasn’t going be a quick fix, they offered us to move to a different cabin and even went as far as to offer an additional night on them for the inconvenience. Visit Mammoth Cave NP! Things to know: kayaks are on a rental basis (we couldn’t with the weather we had while visiting, but it’s noted in the property guidebook), bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid to be safe (our first cabin had it provided, but the second one didn’t), bring your own groceries before you arrive (there is a Dollar General ~10 min away but limited in supplies).

Cabin 7 was PERFECT. Clean, cozy, and impeccably decorated. The location was perfect for a quiet intimate evening and for spending time on the porch with morning coffee and enjoying the birds chirping away. Conveniently short 10-minute drive into town for dining out and quick access to highways to explore parks in the area or even the Bourbon Trail. If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely look into booking another stay.

Was perfect! Has everything you could possibly want and more! Will definitely be back!
