Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Casa de Nelson is a spectacular house on the beach of the Sea of Cortez. The beach side patio offers stairs to the beach and water only 20 ft away. The house is family friendly with a kitchen/great room combo. with views of the water through huge windows and sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need: Fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and glasses. A reverse osmosis system provides drinkable water at the sink and ice cubes.
