The location was perfect: it was just outside of town, which is exactly what you want: Panajachel can be loud with all of the cars and exhaust fumes - so you definitely want to stay just outside of town, like this Airbnb. Once we checked in, Gabriel helped order a tuk-tuk, and we got that driver's Whatapp number, and used him all week, which made it feel like we had a private driver on call - highly recommend doing the same; and the tuk tuks were very cheap. We also booked the couple's massage and private boat tour through Gabriel - again, highly recommend doing both. We also had a rental car, and the parking spot was convenient. We ended up not having time to use the hot tub.

My husband stayed at the bird point cabin for 3 full days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. We loved the privacy we had at the cabin and how close it was to Main Street. The cabin was very cute and perfect for this trip. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay at the bird point cabin again if we find ourselves back in Fredericksburg.

This is THE best getaway! It is so beautiful…. All the beauty you are surrounded with. So clean.. feels like a home I would love to ensure you daughter can learn to appreciate the REAL beauty of life. Coming back for my birthday and anniversary! This was such an amazing gift to experience. If you ever need to push the “reset “ button, I HIGHLY recommend coming here…

Really enjoyed staying here. It is quiet and clean and very nicely set up. My only complaints aren't even really complaints, just unexpected... The cabin is pretty close to the road. There is a row of trees for privacy and protection but we expected to be further back. It's on a quaint circle of other cabins, which you can see your neighbors... But they were quiet and it was very peaceful. We also for some reason expected the hot tub to be under a covered patio, which it isn't. There is however some lovely rocking chairs under a covered patio which was very lovely since the first day it poured rain. There are also no chairs to lie out but there are plenty of seated chairs. We anticipated this and brought our own zero gravity chairs with us. The experience was overall very lovely. Beautiful little cabin with all you need. Great movie choices. Enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our three night stay. Ryan responded to all of our questions quickly. The location is beautiful and close to Fredericksburg. The backroad drives are lovely. Thank you for the use of your property.

Lovely cabin in a perfect location! My husband and I loved how cozy this cabin was for our weekend getaway. The hot tub and the shower were the perfect touch. The host provided clear instructions, was quick to respond, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

If you want peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place!! The house was wonderful, cozy, and had plenty of space, although we spent 90% of our time on the large patio overlooking the beautiful countryside. You will see cattle grazing in the pastures, whitetail deer, wild turkeys, and many bird species. Most importantly, there is zero noise other than birds! If you have a pair of binoculars, I would bring them! We had so much peace and quiet, but only 15 minutes away from anything we needed. In the evening, we sat in the hot tub, drank wine, and watched the stars. The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and plenty of blankets were provided. The house had everything we needed, and then some. This will not be our only visit to this wonderful home!

The stay was amazing! We spotted deer every morning we were there. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing trip.

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary and Easter at this beautiful property! We loved that it was secluded and we were able to enjoy sitting on the back porch and watch deer. One of the special treats…They provide farm fresh eggs, Coke, Coke Zero, hot tea, and coffee. Additionally biscuits & o.j. (When you let them know)! There was a storm that came in and we felt safe, never lost power, and they checked on us to make sure we were ok! We were not focused on tv time or our phones, but internet is limited. The location is secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are games and a dvd player with movies, and books too! The drive is absolutely gorgeous, but it does take about 25-30 minutes to get to Fredericksburg. Which was perfectly fine with us to enjoy time together! The time we spent at the cabin was perfect! You’ll definitely want to grab your bags and reserve your stay now!

Everything was great. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to have little to no reception when in the area. The wifi in the house worked fine, though.

Loved the quiet and beauty of this little cabin. Close enough to wimberley but far enough you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere.

Charming cabin, very private, and peaceful. The pond and gazebo were my fav to sit around a relax. 10/10 recommend for anything romantic, private, or peaceful. Love our stay.

Such a peaceful space with the friendliest cows EVER! :) Beautiful setting - and such a great step-away from the big city... with only sounds of mother nature. I spent a peaceful afternoon on the patio and cherished visits from beautiful cardinals, hummingbirds, and countless other beauties. The cabin is pristine, not a bug in sight, which is hard to pull off in the country, the strong scent of mothballs may be keeping them at bay. I enjoyed this place so much and was not ready to leave.

Such wonderful hosts! Gave us a tour of the property prior to our stay since we were hosting a large gathering and communicated with us every step of the way! Didn’t end up actually staying in the cabin, but the outdoor space was great!

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

My husband and I wanted a peaceful getaway just the two of us and this was perfect!! It was so peaceful in the middle of woods alone lol. We enjoyed the walking trails and finding different areas to fish. We brought our golf cart and explored all the driving paths and the surrounding areas. Home was beautiful and clean. We played music, roasted marsh mellows, and played a lot of corn hole and ping pong at night. We loved this place

Everything was perfect

It was exactly what I needed. Quiet peaceful area, great price and Gary was very helpful and made us feel at home. I plan to book again in the future and highly recommended this property.

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it! Our dogs had the best time also. The views were great, so much available from fishing rods, bait, grills and kitchen utensils. Also, the DVD collection was impressive! We loved the property so much, we will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend for anyone trying to get away and relax. However, Walmart is only 20 min away so you still can get essentials easily. The Kurig stopped working randomly and Adam offered to go get another, which we declined because we aren’t huge coffee drinks but him offering was super nice! We also were considering changing our check-in/check-out dates, and he also was super flexible to any changes. Can’t wait to come back!!!

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. My husband and I take a yearly trip for our anniversary, and we look for a private relaxing place to spend time outdoors. This place 100% fit the bill! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the peace and quiet, and fishing the ponds. Stephen was a wonderful host. Kind, helpful, and quick to respond to anything we needed! We can't wait to come visit again!

The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. Easy 1 hour drive to the Golden Isles. We also enjoyed trips to parks and hiking trails in Waycross which is also about an hour away. Cabin is appointed with everything you need and Michelle is responsive to any questions and concerns you might have. Be aware that depending on when you visit it might be buggy and bug spray did very little to deter the little gnats. All in all this is a beautiful place where you can be away from the hustle of the city and recharge your batteries. Michelle sends you clear driving instructions, pay attention, and you won't have issues finding this gem.

Rustlers Crossing was the perfect place for our friend’s wedding. It was so cute and so peaceful! Wish we could have stayed longer ❤️ Vince was so nice answering my call to help us navigate our way there! Great stay!
