We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. There was some water discoloration during our visit due to several days of storms, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even going out of their way to deliver bottled water for our convenience. Their hospitality really made a difference, and we appreciated how quickly they communicated. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location was stunning—beautiful scenery all around, and it felt so peaceful and private, exactly what we were looking for. The house itself had absolutely everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We also loved exploring the local wineries, which were just a short drive away. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous setting, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

I went for a weekend getaway, and this place did not disappoint. It's a beautiful, private spot—nice and cozy, with stunning views all around. The host provided clear directions before arrival, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The house rules were straightforward and reasonable, and communication from the host was outstanding—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring. It was clear that a lot of time and attention went into every detail of the space, which made our stay even more special. We had a wonderful time, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others. Looking forward to coming back!

Stayed at Silver lab lodge with my family and in-laws for the Hyner race. Home has a welcoming atmosphere, great layout for a family gatherings. Nicely updated throughout. The large kitchen table was ground zero for our nightly board game battles! Location is ideal with general store and restaurant near by which is a luxury that deep in the mountains. The host is fantastic, communicates clearly and values your stay. Very appreciative we were able to stay race weekend.

The house was huge. Beautifull and well stocked kitchen. Outdoor was peaceful and enormous yard where we could run and play. My whole family can't wait to go back.

Brenda’s house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. The kids loved being able to fish just a short walk from the house. Would definitely stay again.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Drowsy Beaver Cabin! Stacy, our host, was so helpful in all of her communications and very responsive. She was so thoughtful that she even left really good gluten-free snacks after asking if any of us has food allergies. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous with really great indoor and outdoor spaces that have stunning views and a warm, comfortable feel. There were thoughtful touches throughout, such as soft throw blankets to snuggle up with in the living room, a stock of wood for the fireplace and fire pit with fire starter, a jar with cotton balls and qtips the bathroom, a stock of k-cups and creamer, maps from the two big state parks nearby, flyers from recommended stores and so much more. We walked in and felt instantly cozy and at home. It was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. We will absolutely be going back for more stays at the Drowsy Beaver.
