We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. This spacious guest suite with it's own private full bathroom separated from the main house by a garage is positioned overlooking Hidden Valley Estate where you'll find kangaroos roaming and lounging about. With it's own separate entrance you will have total privacy. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are provided as well as a shared BBQ. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee out on your deck or sit in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset by the fire pit.

The Pouch B & B Moonee Beach NSW

The Pouch is a private cottage located on a shared property of 2.5 acres in Moonee beach. It is fully self contained with ample provisions for you to make a nice breakfast. Here you will see many Eastern Grey Kangaroos and beautiful bird life. The bed is very comfortable and all linen is provided. The Pouch is spotlessly clean with quality inclusions. This is a couples retreat only; no children allowed due to the close proximity to the waters edge. Close to shops and cafes.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Studio style living, Rural area close to Grafton

The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi, pillow top mattress’s and quality sheets. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall.

Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable
