Dollar General located 3 miles away & a country store with fuel 1.5 miles away. This fully furnished 2/1 currently has 1 full size & 1 queen size bed and 5’ shower(not a full tub). Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY!

The house is covered from top to bottom with knotty pine to really give you that farmhouse / cabin feel! Monticello is known for charm!

The Oakland

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature situated at the corner of our main property. While the home is tiny, it is cozy and the open countryside makes up for it! The rolling pastures are typical of country life with two ponds on the property and curious livestock. The small community has a Dollar General and a country store with fuel within 2 miles either direction. Closest town is 15 miles. Shiloh Baptist Church further down the road welcomes visitors every Sunday morning.

A beautiful rural scene of a quite quint charming set up for a great week or weekend in the country. It is designed to give a safe relaxing place for you, your family or a work crew of 4. We offer air fryer, stove, refrigerator, lani for private sitting, out eating and relaxing area, fire pit and 2 miles from the small town Silver Creek. We are 8 miles from Monticello Prentiss. If you like race track 3-4 miles away or ATV Parks activities 7-8 miles. Country roads allow ATV riding also.

This cottage has all of the modern conveniences for a comfortable stay in a country setting. There is a country store one mile away with fuel and convenience items and a Dollar General four miles away. Shiloh Baptist Church is two and a half miles away and always welcomes visitors.

Twelve miles to the town of Monticello and twenty one to Brookhaven.
