You will love staying at this updated and centrally located basement apartment. 10 min from HAFB, 35 min from Salt Lake City, and 30-60 min from main Ski resorts. Also within walking distance of the Denver and Rio Grande parkway trailheads and family-friendly parks. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby as well. The wet bar offers a small fridge, hot plate, air fryer, and coffee maker with coffee and hot chocolate. Enjoy the patio and fire pit in the yard, Wi-Fi, 65 in TV, and Xbox One.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away.
