This lower-level apartment is 1.5 miles north of Boulder. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a workspace, living room, its own kitchenette, and entrance. Right down the hill you'll find hiking and mountain bike trails, bike paths, coffee shops, restaurants, Upslope Brewery, and wineries/cideries.
