The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Superbe appartement dans la Villa "La Vittoria 10" dans le Val d'Orcia, à quelques minutes en voiture de Montepulciano et Pienza ! Depuis la loggia, vous accédez à l'étage supérieur de la maison, où la vue est spectaculaire ! 2 grandes suites avec lits très confortables et salle de bain attenante peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Salon panoramique et cuisine professionnelle. Bagni Vignoni et Bagni San Filippo se trouvent à 20 minutes en voiture. Des visites de vignobles sont organisés.

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.
