The Cardinal Getaway

A one of a kind winter getaway oasis. Privacy fenced in yard. Open concept kitchen and dining room for entertaining, with an oversized stamped concrete patio with pergolas and propane heaters to enjoy the scenic winter. If you are an Atv or snowmobile enthusiast who wants convenience to trails beginning just up the road less than a mile away and villages of Copenhagen and Barnes corners equally 3 miles away from this home you won’t have to travel far for more adventures, food and shopping.

Cozy Apartment with No cleaning fee

Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch. Each room has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room. We are located ten minutes away from Fort Drum and most local attractions. Please do not leave pets unattended Pet fee $30 per pet limit 2 non-refundable

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Want to be walking distance from town but still feel like you’re in the woods? Want the amenities of home while you’re away from home? Look no further! Right on the edge of West Carthage (Champion) mostly surrounded by woods and farmland you’ll find this cabin still within a half mile of two grocery stores, two gas stations, and three fast food places. Also less than 8 miles from the airfield gate for anyone looking to visit Ft Drum and roughly 20 mins to Watertown.

Enjoy the huge deck overlooking the waterfront that is perfect for kayaking, fishing and viewing wildlife! Enjoy the peace and quiet and abundant wildlife on this private road away from it all! *Kayaks and fire wood are not currently provided.

Pristine Rancher, 1 mile to Ft Drum Gate

This newly constructed home boasts quality throughout. Radiant Floor Heat, Air Conditioning, Ground Level no steps at front door, and close to Ft. Drum's main gate & Black River Trail. Attached garage has a locking door, and is shared-use with some of our family’s construction materials. We will occasionally access the garage to add or remove things stored there.
