A smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus. Located within walking distance from the historic Bullwacker’s Saloon & Steakhouse and Oak Park, where you can spot wildlife including deer or turkey, and hike an easy trail.

Deadwood Vacation Rental Apartment

The home is located in the Historic Deadwood Presidential neighborhood, that sets on the side of the cliff overlooking Deadwood, with magnificent mountain views. Walking distance to all attractions - , restaurants, casinos, concerts, nightlife, museums and fitness center. Just steps away from everything Deadwood has to offer - literally - 116 steps down into the gulch. The Deadwood City Rec & Aquatics fitness center is located at the base of the stairs, and stones throw from the apartment.

You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

We are proud new owners of this 1920 building, and take pride in remodeling it with a contemporary farmhouse feel. Guests are able to use the backyard for gatherings, yard games, ect. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.
