My family enjoys staying here because of the quietness of the area (even with hurricane repairs) and that it is on a canal with a boat dock. Very convenient location and they're very helpful if we have any questions. We will be trying to rent this place every year - at least once a year.

We enjoyed our stay at Neya's place. She was accessible by phone and text to answer our questions. The place is very private since it is a small house that is separate from the main house. It is located in a rural setting that is very quiet and peaceful. We used the patio and grill at the rear of the house quite often. There was a nice view of the pond, a woods and the various farm animals that they have. The separation from the main house means that one has to carry his/her belongings a moderate distance from the parking area. The kitchen had utensils needed for cooking and eating. There was also adequate refrigerator space. The living room had a large TV with access to many channels. WiFi service was very adequate. We would consider staying again if we are ever in the area.

This place was perfect for our extended family vacation! One side for the grandparents and older kids, the other side for younger kids and parents! The heated pool and large patio with 2 tables is where we ate all our meals and spent downtime! The HEATED pool is a must in the winter and the kids swam endlessly while us adults recouped our energy laying by the pool! Close to many great restaurants and amenities! Very clean and Lonny answered all our questions in a timely manor! The volleyball net was the best as it kept all ages of kids entertained for hours! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing trip at Summer Breeze. Chris and Paula as hosts were awesome and incredibly responsive. The house is amazing and they have done a great job at fixing whatever hurricane damage may have been there, its incredibly clean and comfortable. The location cant be beat and the pictures dont do it justice. We walked the beach multiples times a day, leveraged the kayaks, beach chairs and toys, and had a cookout in the firepit on the beach. Being right on the beach and having our 5 and 7 year olds run in and out if the weather got bad really helped us maximize our beach time. I strongly recommend leveraging Paula for groceries as the ferry takes a bit of logistics and having your food stocked when you arrive was very nice. We made most of our meals and went out fishing and cruising with Captain Richie which was awesome and gave us 2 meals of fresh fish to cook. There is also a small empanada stand by the airstrip that was really good along with Mangoes. Great Trip!

Absolute paradise! The grounds are lush with life and the outdoor lighting makes it magical. Everything was stocked for our needs and well thought of. The outdoor living was our favorite part. There are several seating areas for maximize comfort, from eating dinner on the patio to laying out by the pool. The pool is large and really gave the kids so much joy during non-beach days. The inside of the home is just as perfect as the outside. The kitchen is well stocked, there is plenty of seating, and very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Dorothy was very easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly from our first inquiry. Don’t hesitate or miss out on this wonderful island vacation home!

This home was amazing in many ways! Traveling for work in the area,booked with Chris. The home is so spacious and comfortable, the dock on the canal was very relaxing after working all day. I highly recommend booking this property, close to everything,Chris is super easy to communicate with. I will definitely try to book with Chris again the next time I'm in the area! 5 stars doesn't seem like enough! Thankyou Chris,our stay was perfect!

Great place to stay, quick drive to the beach and a great host.

My family just left this awesome home of Chandra’s. The house was exquisite in decor, design and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome basket of goodies and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time fishing from the dock area and actually caught some fish! There were 2 eagles that we watched every morning! The swimming pool and lanai area was beyond words. We spent most of our time out there. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Wir haben uns bei Jeanne und Robert direkt wohl gefühlt. Die beiden sind außerordentlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Im Pool konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Unser Aufenthalt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die tolle Unterkunft stets weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

Great place! Donald and Pamela really make sure their guest have everything they need. From coffee in the room. If you forget anything for your trip they have it in the bathroom. They are super clean and comfortable bed. I highly recommend them. We will come back

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!
