The Look-Out

Centrally located. West end Prescott. This 3rd Floor Private Apartment with 2Bedrms, 1Bath atop our century home is quiet and spacious. Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Freshly painted and refurbished with new Queen in primary and Double bed in 2nd bdrm. Equipped kitchen (no dw), 4 seat dining room, den with 40' smart tv. Please see photos.

Fine finishes show the care that have gone into the history of this limestone suite located in one of the best locations in the heart of downtown Kingston. Please note: Our place does not have an elevator and is located on the third floor. Guests will need to climb two flights of stairs to access the unit. This may be challenging for seniors or guests with limited mobility.

Waterfront Coach House

Experience all downtown Kingston has to offer in this historic limestone guest house. Steps to Lake Ontario, a few minutes walk to Queen’s University and downtown Kingston. This guest house has many amenities: kitchen (no dishwasher) living area, full bathroom, two bedrooms with Queen size beds and parking for up to three cars. The guest house is located across the street from City Park, which offers a splash pad and play structures, and MacDonald Park waterfront trail and swimming beach.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

This spacious downtown 2 level loft is the perfect location to enjoy everything that Kingston has to offer. Walking distance to the Grand theatre, Slush Puppie Place, restaurants, universities, ferry, and Fort Henry. "Quinn’s Guesthouse" Private 2 Bedroom apartment

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.
