The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! Guests love it here! Tucked away at the end of the lane yet right in the heart of Loudoun County. Private keyless entrance basement. Natural light filled fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. King bed (very comfortable per guest reviews), full bath and a very spacious living room with 70" tv or movie screen...you choose! We have super fast Verizon Fios. Not your typical basement. Country living!!! There are many vineyards less than 10 minutes away…happy to make recommendations.

Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.

This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

Simple breakfast items such as granola bars and coffee / tea are provided. Perfect for a single or couple , with a separate entrance to ensure privacy.

Private first floor apartment, large living room with large TV, bedroom with very comfortable king size bed, new television, and plenty of closet space. House has historic charm, located on the edge of Frederick's historic downtown and very close to Frederick Memorial Hospital. Photos don't do it justice, space is larger than it appears, new paint in kitchen.
