White Fern is a beautiful rental located in New Waterford, OH. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, you'll find it the perfect spot for your next getaway or work trip. On the main floor there is a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining space with ample seating, a full bathroom, and a laundry/office room. There's also a master suite on the main floor with a king sized bed and a private, attached bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each room.

The Yellow Farmhouse

This main part of this house was built around the early 1900s. It hasn't had major updates since the 1960s. As such, it comes with some expected quirks. Our goal has been to make this older farmhouse a place of refreshment and rest, providing the basic amenities modern guests have come to expect, while maintaining an atmosphere of days gone by. We hope our guests feel welcome and at peace during their stay with us.

"Rest A While". Enjoy our private guest suite that features a large main living area where the kitchenette and dining area are also located, a separate bedroom and private bath. This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance.

A peaceful, quiet setting on 55 acres. A backyard fire pit with picnic table. A spacious yard for children to run and play. Inside there is a spacious kitchen with a great room with plenty of space for the family. It is central location to the towns of Columbiana, Lisbon, and Salem. The Village of Leetonia is 2 miles away. There is a small children's water park.
