Thank You Frederic and family for sharing with us your beautiful home, the Tiki House. Frederic met us at Tiki House with a warm welcome and showed us around the beautiful little house and his lovely gardens! The home has several small touches to make it a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We wished our plans had allowed for a longer stay. It is private and quiet, comfortable air conditioning and comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was out of this world!! Everything about the stay was perfect in every way!! It is a blessing to stay in a place owned and cared for by a local. You can feel the warmth and love they have for their island and their home. Thanks again and hopefully someday we will be back.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. The sunrise is from a dream. It almost doesn’t look real. The home was great inside and the garden was perfect- especially the little tree house that the kids loved to play in. JC went above and beyond as a host. We highly recommend for a family. The location is beautiful and central, a car is a must for this area of Hauhine.

Had a wonderful time! We had a lot more freedom to move around and mingle with the locals, flora, fauna, and sealife staying on the mainland than at a resort. More private, shorter walk down the boardwalk, and 80% less expensive. Host & Manager are helpful and responsive; this is the right way to do a Bora Bora trip.

We were so impressed by the space and location. Mathieu was such a gracious and helpful host. The beach was beautiful, and the location overall was laid back and calm. I recommend having him provide dinner and breakfast for your stay, as there are not very many food options nearby (and if they are they close early) but his dishes are delicious and well worth the price, which is probably the same you’d pay eating out! Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay on a relatively affordable budget ◡̈

The only improvement idea is a better map to the bungalow. It is a little tricky and the map is not great. One place where we stayed recently had a video of how to find the place and that was very helpful.

This is a great spot. The bungalow is immaculate and is right on the water. It was extremely helpful that Jenny provides very clear instructions on how to get from the Bora Bora airport to the dock and then from the dock to the Airbnb (taxi set up for you). There are a couple of little markets and restaurants within walking distance but highly recommend renting a scooter or car to see the rest of the island.
