This three story townhouse is located at a small village in the heart of Legazpi City. Feel at home at this cozy and relaxing house. Please note that it is essential for us to have our guest send a photo of their ID prior to arrival. We may accept late checkout but not later than 5pm and will cost you 300 pesos per hour after 12noon. (to cover electricity) Or may early check-in but not earlier than 12noon. This will depend if no other guest are checking in or checking out same day

With a single jeepney/tricycle ride, you can easily get to the malls of Legazpi and transport terminals where you can take a ride to the various tourist destinations of Albay and surrounding provinces.
