La propriété aux finitions anciennes restaurées dispose d'une salle à manger avec une grande cheminée avec un four à bois attenant, une kitchenette équipée d'une plaque à induction, des meubles d'époque, une grande table pour six personnes. Il y a aussi une chambre double, un salon avec canapé-lit, une salle de bain avec douche le chauffage central, la climatisation, WiFi.

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
