The Famous Thiksey Monastery is just 15 minutes drive from my home and a visit to Thiksey monastery morning prayers is a must while staying here. Leh Ladakh, Horzay a home away from home in Leh

Leh Hotel Horzay is located on P.Namgyal road/ old road in the heart of Leh. It is 4-5 kms from the airport. The property is off the main road nestled between willows. Our property is a vintage property built in the earlys 80's. The interiors have been regularly renovated to ensure maximum comfort to our guests. The guest rooms are spacious and cozy. The rooms have poster beds or king size beds made of teak wood with comfortable bedding. The rooms are made in a way to get maximum natural light.

The Basgo Homestay is located at a distance of 40 kms from Leh right on Leh-Srinagar Highway and it takes about an hour to reach homestay from Leh Airport. Basgo Village was earlier known as Bago village which literally means 'cow's head'. Villagers believe to have a cow's head imprinted on a rock which is well kept surrounded by small stupas at the entrance of Basgo Village. Basgo plays an important role in well preserving the age-old architecture and heritage of Ladakh and the kings.
